Dixie BBQ Kosher Restaurant

the food was ok, not great, but the service fee of 15 percent for a place where there is not service it’s terrible, I brought my family that wanted to eat hamburgers, when we are ordering at the counter I noticed a different charge that increased the total price, then the person at the counter told me is a service fee, I didn’t understand since we were ordering at the counter, honestly I was upset so I couldn’t enjoy my food, this is wrong

I ordered from their website instead of uber eats or kosher24 so it would arrive faster...little did I know that after 1hour 45 minutes I check to see where the delivery is and sure enough.....it was canceled without a phone call. My kids are crying, my wife wants to kill me and the restaurant "understands my concern". Samantha gets a F and Asaf the manager gets an F-. This is not the way to treat local weekly customers. Rediculous! With service like this, they won't last long...

Hands down my new favorite place. Food was phenomenal, very fairly priced so its affordable to take a family here, fun food and was very fast. Notable mention, they have parave milk shakes, first in the Jewish world. Turns out there is a dixie in NY. You got yourself a long time customer.
