Taco Bell

Absolute slowest service of any Taco Bell locations I have ever been too. Been waiting for 4 tacos for over 15 mins and 9 total customers in the dining area also waiting for their food and the manager doesn’t even seem to care. Heard him say….. nothing we can do, they just have to wait.

1. Don’t expect any respite from the heat. It is hot and stuffy, the ac must be broken or something. 2. Slip hazard through the whole building (today at least). There is a waxy coating all over the floors so you have to be very careful walking. You know when you’re a kid and you wear fuzzy socks to slide across the hard floors? You could do that here in slip resistant sneakers. 3. No women’s restroom? Apparently they only have the men’s open right now, but they could put up a sign so people don’t stand there for ten minutes waiting for a chance to ask for the bathroom key. I accepted this as a small inconvenience until one of the male employees went in there for nearly 15 minutes. When I finally got my chance, the seat was sticky and paper towels were out. Gross. 4. No cashiers and you barely see any employees. When you do see them, they are generally unpleasant and unhelpful. Edit: since I posted my original review this place seems to have gotten new employees who seem to care about the job a little. Food has been ready in time more often. Everything got better but every now and then there's something wrong still. Now I can actually recomend coming here at least. Original: Terrible service at this location, workers do a terrible job acknowledging the customers inside the store, I usually order online and expect to pickup my food at the online pickup stand but instead they hide my food at their working station and I can never get the attention from someone who works there because they just ignore me or anyone. Also from my online order they always mark my stuff as ready when it's not or it's actually ready and they don't mark it as such. Go to another Taco Bell, I go to another one close to Hollywood Blvd and I've yet to be disappointed from the service there but in here it's just a clown show.
