The Burger King on 1800 Stirling Road in Hollywood, Florida has the best customer service ever!! When my service dog and I entered for dinner we were greeted with smiles and hellos. Not one employee made a face or blurted , "You can't have your dog in here"! Secondly, there are outlets in here! They are not covered and are available for use!! There is free wifi with excellent signal to use while enjoying one of the many items available from either the app or ordering from the counter. There is a television too!! They even have it turned on????..While I was placing my order a bowl of water was offered to my service dog. I didn't ask for it, it was offered to me. Then...after I placed my order I was told to have a seat and relax!!.. that they would bring my order to me. I mean this was unbelievable service. I'm not sure if Gina Marie (not a MGR but definitely has the skills to be) saw the weariness in my face and acted accordingly or treats all guests like this (like any good restaura

I asked to have my food fresh. My chicken nuggets were Luke warm. I think my bacon& cheese whopper was fresh but I don't really know because my husband's double fish mysteriously was given as a single fish. My Oreo milkshake was watery and they gave me a straw that wasn't the best match with my milkshake. The lady at the drive thru was so nice and had a very bright spirit

My family went to this location to get dinner this evening, the service was absolutely horrific. Waiting for 40+ minutes to get food, people were leaving the drive through line because of this wait, when it was brought up, the woman on the headset said she “did not care” that people were leaving, on top of a nasty and disrespectful attitude. However, the most horrific thing is that my meal was ordered with a Diet Coke, I am a type 1 diabetic. When asked if my drink was for sure diet, the same nasty employee said it was, but I get home to discover that it’s a normal coke which could bring a lot of harm to my health. The service is disgusting, the attitude is awful and the care for the consumer is nonexistent. Do not get your food from here, you’ll get better service pulling food out of their dumpster.
