Din Tai Fung

This is the best of Taiwanese food. They are world famous. I had eaten at the original, the first Din Tai Fung in Taipei, and also had them all over the world, even in Sydney, Dubai, Bangkok, etc. And they never fail to impress me. They always have a view of the kitchen right at the front to let people see how their food were made. Aside from being extremely delicious, and obsessed about using the freshest ingredient. They are usually in a classy venue with excellent staffs that attend to you every need. It's Taiwanese food at it's finest... You've got to try it. And good luck making a reservation, as they are usually very crowded for obvious reasons.

I love this place! The atmosphere is incredible and the wait staff is very knowledgeable and polite. That doesn't even touch on how amazing the food is here! The food came soon after we ordered it and is always amazing quality. One warning: the line to get in can be quite long, so book a reservation or make sure you get to the restaurant with plenty of time to spare before you want to eat. The wait is completely worth it!

There is a lot of hype around this restaurant. I can confirm this hype is well deserved. The restaurant itself is beautiful and the service was wonderful but, the food was amazing. Every dish was very balanced. No flavors were too extreme and each dish was complicated. Every item our group ordered was delicious.
