Denny's

First let me say the servers were superb. Very friendly prompt service. The restaurant was very clean. Very pleased with every thing except the food. Why two stars? We came for breakfast, and it was less than bad. I don’t know if it was due to a new cook or what, but the grilled items in the omelet tasted like they had not scraped or cleaned the grill. Very greasy, burned oily taste. One order was incorrect but they quickly replaced it. The food left both of us with an after taste. We did not add any salt and both the hash browns and grilled items were very salty. Pancakes tasted of something like maybe baking soda! Sadly Dennys is off our restaurant selection list. We still left a 25% gratuity. Was not the waitress fault.

Our waitress was nice. It was very busy and very short handed that day. The absolute worst dining experience. The cook was extremely rude, disrespectful, and more. The poor waitress. Get rid of your night cook. The waitress was a sweetheart and a team player because she kept politely trying to make light of the situation......Great job sir for making a relatively easy job into one you despise. To the owner: Thank you for your speedy response and an apology is excepted but not needed. I am in the business world with an important position within the industry and company that I am employed. I understand the importance of your business and the standards that you stand by. Once again thank you for your consideration on addressing my concern.
