Denny's

I had an order in on Doordash that the dasher ended up tampering and eating part of. I had called several times to confirm and eventually headed down to get confirmation and replacements, to which I found that the place is absolutely packed and terribly short staffed. They're working their arses off and still providing good food and great customer service and wanted to ask if anyone from corporate sees this everyone here deserves a raise and a few more hands on the floor. Got helped asap and everyone was nice and straight with me. Food has been good, they just need more help to burden the load and I'd say better pay to keep this staff here

The food was just greasy, soggy bacon, hash browns undercooked, no butter on the toast.....just really poor quality. I wondered why they were not busy on a Saturday morning. We stood at the register to pay for a long time before the girls talking in the back decided to take care of us. They knew we were just standing there but I guess their conversation was more important. Get your act today Denny's. My husband and I used to love you guys.

The morning/afternoon manager and cook needs to be replaced with a employee. There not worth the money there getting. I got the chicken fried chicken and asked for no gravy, sent it back to get it remade. Why would a manager in the kitchen with cook scrap it off and put it back in the grease. I sent it back and asked for it fresh but you as a manager going argue with the waitress about it. Wow I didn't wanted it anymore. That manager and cook needs to be demoted to janitors or just terminated.
