We usually enjoy the food here, yet the last few times we ordered for pickup the food was cold(we live 3 minutes away), and items asked for was not in the bag or food ordered was missing. This was all within a few takeouts with a phone call every time. This last order was about it for us. The person on the phone, a bit rude, when taking order said it would be 55 minutes, for meatball sandwiches….. okay ?? The photo here is exactly the way it came for both of our meatball sandwiches, if this is the way you want to present your food that’s fine, yet maybe it’s time for improvements in your food prep, takeout containers and staff training. Our sandwiches along with our pasta dish was cold, if you are using a food warmer it is not cutting it, or if the food is going to be ready ahead of time, how about a quick text. It’s not a health issue, just trying to communicate that this is not right and not working, phone calls obviously not working. Just so everyone understands, microwaved food is

The quality of the food was surprisingly bad given the price of the food and number of good reviews this place has. The food was bland and unappetizing. The pasta dishes were sitting in puddles of sauce that resembled thin soup. The spaghetti carbonara is lazily made with alfredo sauce. And I understand that a lucrative markup on alcohol is part of the industry -- but the house red wine retails for $4.99 and is barely drinkable. I do not plan on returning.

The staff truly cares about your experience. The food and drinks are absolutely amazing. We loved the stuffed pork chop and the skirt steak. We’ll be dreaming about them until our next visit.
