Chipotle Mexican Grill

Food and trash on tables and floor , doorway from breezeway is black with grease , extra thick coat grease. Two bowls , server was rude to my wife , took three bites of " steak" what was three bites of sinew.... $40 . Robbed without a gun NOT HAPPY

Low review due to service!!!! Go elsewhere if you can! Review is based on my last 3-4 visits there. #1 opened 20min late, since I'm on my lunchbreak at work, it is not ideal, I couldn't eat there but had to bring food back to work. #2 not only they opened late, they did not have steak ready to serve, chicken only. Told me to wait another 20min til steak is done cooking. #3 they tend to lock the front door VERY OFTEN, Leaving a note on the door "online orders only". Gotta use the side door to get in and pick up ONLY. That was an unpleasant surprise last week! Pretty upset about that one, again during my lunch break. It was around 11:45am! I LITERALLY STOOD INSIDE CHIPOTLE AND MAKE AN ONLINE ORDER FOR PICK UP BECAUSE THESE PPL WPULD REFUSE TO TAKE MY ORDER. #4 when asked for salad they refused to make the dressing, this happened twice in last 2 months..... AGAIN, go somewhere else. I work across the street That's why I go there instead of Vernon Hills or Milwaukee. Every time it's drama.

This is seriously the worst Chipotle. I'm amazed the franchise allows them to use the name. The floors are covered with food and trash. The food looks stagnant and fetid. The rice is always, uh, crunchy? Avoid, avoid, avoid.
