I’ve been ordering out from this location for a while now. However for the last few orders the quantity has been ridiculously low for a salad that is over $15. The last order was not even halfway full. There is also no direct line to contact anyone that works in that restaurant. Very disappointing
I had the pleasure of visiting this location recently, and I’m pretty sure I was in the presence of the worst person/patron I’ve ever met. He was rude to the person making his meal, entitled, deliberately slow just to make it worse for the people behind him (I had to reach OVER so I could swipe my card and pay for my meal). I was kind of appalled at this guy’s behavior, but the staff did not bat an eye or feed into this guy’s negative energy. They were quick, professional, and didn’t even act phased by this guys attitude. Also, my kale Caesar was light and filling. a+ 10/10
I always like sweetgreen and had great experiences for the locations around chicago. However this location doesn’t have it together. First time, my order had overwhelming amount of dressing to the point is so salty, one cannot bare with it. We decide to put dressing on the side this time, they simply just forget about my dressing. There’s nothing on the side. So disappointed and probably won’t come back to this location anymore. When I found they have this in town, I was actually excited. Err
