David's Burgers

Good food and over the top consumer service! They greet you when you walk in the door! You pretty much get all you can eat fries, a worker will come around and offer them to you. The burgers are good and all the grilled toppings you can add to them make it excellent! They offer sample cups of ice cream when you are finished and will fill up your drinks. You need to try the stake sauce. It was my first time trying it today and I wish I would have known about it sooner. Yummy!

I'm new to the area and this is the second time I've been to this location. The first time was during lunch rush, so getting a medium well burger may be expected. It was tolerable, so I went for the second time through the drive thru tonight. I specifically asked for a "well done" burger with a coke and a twist cup. I get to the window and that's when they say they were out of chocolate so I ask for a refund on the ice cream while getting looked at like they didn't know what I was talking about. I get home and I was given an unsweetened tea, a medim RARE burger, and cold fries. I ended up having to finish cooking the burger patty myself to even finish the meal. I didn't get my receipt at the window to verify what I had ordered or who I could talk to and tried calling a little after 8pm but they were already closed. Needless to say, I won't go back! ????????
