We came in at around 11am on a Saturday morning, We were literally the only people in the restaurant and the four waitstaff were all gathered at a table talking and playing on phones, we waited nearly 5 minutes just to be acknowledged and then finally seated. Ignored for 10-15 minutes while they again were gathered at a table playing on phones and talking until we waved them down to take our order. The disappointing part is coming at lunchtime on a Saturday and getting terrible service being the only people in the restaurant.
Loved US Pizza for years. Always eat there for brunch. Family loves the sleepy dragon pizza. Five stars for this location if the bathroom was as nice as the rest of the restaurant. The stalls feel uncomfortable. And not as clean as you might expect from this restaurant. Also waited 10 minutes on a slow lunch on Saturday for a waitress to acknowledge us. I also work in this industry so I know expectations when busy. This was not busy. Otherwise food and drink we’re great.
Overall it was clean and a spacious location. You have the option to sit inside, outside or at the bar. The staff was friendly, but the service was on the slow side. The food was great. I ordered a large salad supreme with house dressing and a 10" Queen Margherita pizza. It took approximately an hour to get food after the order was placed. Kid-friendliness: Game room
