Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

The woman running the register around 11:30am on Wednesday, Aug 31, was EXTREMELY rude. Not to me or the group I was with, but to her coworkers. Rude, bad tempered and ungrateful. Considering the hiring shortage we are going through, she should learn to treat her coworkers with more respect. Especially when they are doing all the work and she is just standing there doing almost nothing.

Disgusting!!! I just ordered a vanilla Moo Latte and I specifically asked IF it was right because it didn't taste right when I took a sip. I was reassured that it was CORRECT! Got home and I could see brown chunks in it, and at first I thought maybe they accidentally mixed in pecans, but no it was nasty brown chunks of ice. And absolutely NO Latte/coffee flavoring!

I wasn’t going to post this but this has now happened twice. I use to love going to DQ with my kiddos. We went for an after school treat and lunch yesterday. My chicken sandwich was undercooked to say the least. I have let them know and not even a sorry was said. Just disappointed and sadden by this.
