I’ve never left a review like this for any restaurant because I understand that mistakes happen in food service, but I feel like this issue needs to be addressed. This location consistently gets my order wrong (9/10 times). Once in a while is one thing, but I don’t understand why this location (only this location) can’t make the sandwich correctly how it’s ordered. Disappointing
As an Uber / doordash driver, I am timed and rated on my promptness, so is the restaurant. I am starting to dread going into this location because not only is the order never ready when I arrive, more often than not, it hasn't even been started. If there are fries in the order, then I know it hasn't been started so that must be some new rule. Also, not only for myself but for customers, we like to be acknowledged when we walk in. No, I'm not going to reach out through email to talk about this any further. Train your employees properly and adjust the times on your tablet so that Uber and doordash drivers can grab the order and deliver it to your customers. We are not paid to wait.
Usually very prompt service even when they are busy . I've had a few mix ups with my order in the past but they were nothing that couldn't be dealt with once sandwich was opened at home . I'll continue to use this location , like I said they do their best to handle the orders during a rush and I've always found the facility to by clean and well kept . Everyone has been friendly and courteous . One more star is in the future when the other clientele remember that social distancing is still a good thing to practice , especially the " pick up service people ", they usually rush in expecting special attention. Maybe a dedicated pickup spot at the counter just for them since they seem to believe they have some sort of emergency priority . Kudos to all the employees that deal with all of us .
