Da Vinci's Restaurant

We ordered food at 515pm. At 640 when we did still not receive our food that was quoted 1 hour we called and they quoted us 30 more minutes. I understood since we had a $145 order. When i called the store I was told I could be given a full refund and hung up on. At 750pm i started cooking my own dinner for our children. What I should have done in the first place after reading the reviews.

We order the pizza just to try it on a fluke a little while ago It was a triple pepperoni very good pizza. So then we ordered steak, ricotta and salami A large pie. I don't know what you put in this pizza but it's a damn good pizza!It is damn good! my dog tears it up too I share everything with her.

We started ordering from here last year. It was so good! DaVinci’s was our new go-to for pizza. But the quality of food has considerably gone down hill since. I mean, it’s so bad. Sometimes we’d get amazing pizza and other times it’d be inedible. Lately though, the pizza has been inedible and never well done like requested. Usually soggy and extremely greasy (soaked through pizza box). Unfortunately we are no longer customers and I wish we could continue to support a small business but it’s a waste of money when we end up throwing away most of the food we get. I hate to say it, but even Marcos is better and you know what you’re getting. My other issue is that I received a coupon via email for $10 off to expire 1/31/22. It had a promo code in the email. I reasonably tried using this coupon tonight and was told “that’s just to notify you that a coupon is coming to you in the mail”. I just don’t understand why a company would email a customer a coupon if they can’t use it? Not impressed l
