Food is really good, but if you go through drive thru and only get custard, be prepared to wait. They routinely will place your order in the cooler to wait for a food order to be filled that doesn’t exist. So your custard order will sit there while other orders come and go and you are stuck waiting for someone to look at your order ticket and bring it out. We waited 45 minutes once and all we ordered was a sundae and two Concretes. You’d think people running orders out to the cars would start to wonder what’s going on after a car has been sitting there for more than 10 minutes waiting. This seems to happen quite a lot with their drive thru where we have to flag someone down to ask what the hold up is to scoop out some custard. To make things worse, recently we’ve noticed that when you get a double-scoop of custard or a two-scoop sundae, you only get barely more than a single scoop. Did the scoops get smaller or something? Really, a double butterburger that's dry and worn out.That is the oldest driest Burger I've ever had They should be ashamed that serve something that like that. Plus, I ordered a pint of custard only took me 10 minutes to get home it wasn't hot outside and it was the consistency of soup. I've been to other Culver's and that place is a disgrace.

Flavor of the day is so fun! And they have great toppings including several chocolate candy options. The drive-through line was long, but the staff were kind and efficient!
