Chipotle Mexican Grill

I understand every restaurant is understaffed, but none of this made any sense. 1. I got there to order my burrito and was told they were only taking online orders (no other customers inside). There was a cook, cashier and someone prepping the food. I don't understand why she couldn't take my order while there. 2. Ordered my food and drink cup. I walk over to the fresh lemonade and they are all empty. I ask for refund and they cannot give them to online orders... 3. I decided to just get the minute made lemonade instead... got home and it was water. this is by far the worst chipotle I've ever been to

Poor customer service. After they took my order the young lady walked away and they didn’t take my children order. Playing loud inappropriate rap music and I had my 7yr old.
