Chubbys Cheesesteaks Brookfield

The burger was supposed to have jalepeno ranch and jalepeno poppers on it. It did not have either it had raw jalepenos on it. The nachos were supposed to be on fresh chips but they were on soggy doritos and a small portion with very little meat definitely not worth the price. They said the food would be done at 1145 and it wasn't done until noon making me late getting back to work. They were not busy. There were two people eating two people waiting for food and that was all. The cook was running around in the kitchen trying to do what was needed while the girl with long redish hair played on her phone the whole time. I won't trust to spend my money there again. I gave two stars and not just one, only because I ordered a gyro and fries from there once before and that was good.

Ok family came here on a Saturday night and it was basically empty...that was the first red flag. I ignored it because I have eaten here in the past like 2 years ago. Our total was like $75.00 for a family of 4. And I was so disappointed. I don't complain so I just sucked it up. I will never order from here again. I felt like I was just throwing gmy money away. They shouldn't even call it a "Philly". I am so un happy.

I personally don't understand the bad reviews. Being I work close by I order from here 3+ times a week. Always good always hot. Cod sandwich all the cheesesteaks and all appetizers are on point...the bacon yeah skip it but everything I've had so far was great along with the customer service!
