Crust! Café and Pizzeria

Listen (read) please this pizza place is so so good actually good is an understatement the pizza is legit at all day from the soup and the giant slice for around 5 dollars I believe and the take and bakes Sicilians for under 20 dollars or under and every other awesome eats they hand scratch make . The dough is aged to perfection I can't get over it the brand of tomatoes they use are super high quality I've seen em myself the cheese is real quality cheese not cheeze stuff beyond all of the food we have real people owning and operating the shop the owners are such amazing people I spoke to Boo personally and her husband seems like a stand up man seriously ! I grew up in the food service industry from washing dishes to pantry all the way up to a sous chef that's where I left it but I can tell this pizza shop is ran to quality expectations by the owners and apparently the staff and cooks so that k you so much ! Just had Fantastic Pizza while visiting my daughter in Pittsburgh, PA! The crust was perfect. It was crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside. The cheese was very tasty and the sauce was divine. We had a Margarita Pizza and a Meatball Supreme. The meatballs were thinly sliced and the so were the pepperoni slices. This caused the pepperoni slices to crisp up nicely on the edges. The toppings were very generous, while the crust remained crispy. We also had an order of bread bites that were made from the same pizza dough. They were crispy on the outside and soft and delicious on the inside. They were served with two dipping sauces, ranch and marinara which were both quite tasty. I would highly recommend Crust! Cafe and Pizzeria! We will definitely be back.

Let's just start with this, I very rarely rate a place 5 stars. I was very skeptical at coming here at first, but glad I did. I am a big pizza guy as my family owned their own family pizza shop for 32 years. I grew up on pizza and know what a good pizza is. Well for the first time in my life of almost 40 years, I believe I just tasted the perfect pizza just the other day. We ordered 3 different pizzas and I can't tell you how perfect they were. The crispy crust was perfect and the crust under the sauce and cheese was ideally perfect with a tiny crisp finish. The ingredients were top notch. People rave about Fiori's pizza, but you always gotta add extra sauce to their pizza. Here you didn't need to add anything. I will definitely be back and I will frequent this place more often now that I know I have found the perfect pizza.
