Order took over one hour. My burger was cold. Service was bad. I asked for a cup of chilli, and because it is considered by BRGR to be a side, I was not able to get it before my main meal, and that policy never was explained. Not only that, they brought a BOWL of chilli with my burger. I just wanted to snack a cup before my main meal. I they told me, I would not have ordered.
I always enjoy the build your own burger option. Never had a bad experience. The service is prompt the food has never disappointed.
This place is fantastic -- the servers are always amazing and the food is to-die-for. The aioli sauces are so good, and I really like how everything is a la carte. I feel like they really care with every meal we eat there, and based on the service, you can tell the managers do a great job training the employees. Great venue, great people, great food -- you can't go wrong with this place.
