The food is good but this Cracker Barrel has become the worst. We waited for 30 minutes without a server and then went up to the cashier to place a to go order and they brought it to us to eat in the dining room. No service at all. This an embarrassment to the Cracker Barrel brand. They really need to go ahead and replace their servers with kiosks.
Waited 40 minutes for food that never arrived, so I went looking for the manager and as I walked by the kitchen they were all fighting and yelling at the cook. I went to the front and an employee pointed out a young woman as the manager but she looked like early teens, so I saved my grace and just walked out, headed to an "All you can eat buffet" where the food is HOT AND WAITING ON ME.
