Chick-fil-A

I love chick-fil-a. On this particular day as I approached the employee to took my order there was a gentleman possibly a manager speaking with her in regards to another order that she had previously taken. I felt that as I approached he wasn’t being professional about the situation because I as the customer should not have overheard the conversation that was taking place. The employee couldn’t even acknowledge me because he was still talking about the situation at hand. Once he was finally finished she acknowledged me and was very polite and respectful. She took my order and followed all the proper procedures that chick-fil-a requires their employees to do. She asked my name. She repeated everything back to me down to the sauce and count. She took my app and payment and told me to have a great day and that it was her pleasure. Before I drove away I spoke with her about what I overheard be as I informed her I myself have worked at 3 different chick-fil-a locations so I know firsthand w

management and employees with the exception of a few are extremely bad with customer service and time management. I would like to give props to the few employees who actually do their job. Respectfully as someone who works in the food service i shouldn’t have to wait for your conversation to end before i end up getting my food. Unprofessional and dirty work environment

Got my order done fast through the drive-through and got up to the widow and got our food everyone we encountered was nice and courteous. Our order was correct and fresh. We live chick-fil-a and definitely will be back. Thanks … More
