This store always has THE BEST CREW!!!! They always aim to please, never hesitate to fix any issue or issues... Very energetic and enthusiastic, well mannered, uniforms always look very neat and clean. They seem to have fun but work equally as hard . Management is very on point and observan THIS WHOLE CREW DESERVES TO BE t. Store is VERY NEAT AND CLEAN, I observed THE BEST FOOD SAFETY BEING USED....
I had family in Park West Hospital a few weeks back, and my uncle wanted to go to Cracker Barrell as we were heading home. We arrived just after 3pm, so we definitely didn't have to mess with the usual CB crowds. My uncle has a serious illness and it on a walker, however, we often us a wheelchair also, as he is extremely slow. Well, first thing we encountered was very little space for a wheelchair (somewhat typical of most Cracker Barrels). I thought we were going to knock down a few displays on the way to the restroom. He needed to change his depends, so this was an adventure. The restroom definitely isn't handicapped friendly, and there is no handicapped stall. It was an extremely unpleasant experience, and thank goodness, not a soul came in while we were doing it. We made it to the host stand, and the cashier said, they will be with you in a few minutes.
