Carrabba's Italian Grill

I had a good dining experience at Carrabba's, not perfect, but I will give a fair review. They use good quality ingredients. I knew this when I got the bread and olive oil. I was not expecting anything special, but I got a throat bite. This is the mark of using a good olive oil. I thought wow ,I wasn't expecting that. My only complaint was the spaghetti sauce. It was too thin. Like tomato soup. Maybe I caught them on a bad night, but frankly I have had better spaghetti at Denny's and Fazol'is. But outside of the disappointment over the spaghetti sauce I will say it is a great restaurant. Worth a visit, and they use quality ingredients..

Eaten at many Carrabba's, dozens of times. This is one of the best, because of their waiter John. We've eaten here twice, and been lucky enough to get him as waiter both times. The food has always been good, but the service has been exceptional both times with John.

Yes they have gluten free options clearly indicated on the menu... Our server, Sam, was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and made fantastic recommendations. I had the trio and my wife had the pork chops. Both dinners were perfectly cooked and well presented. We called ahead, arrived 15 minutes early and were seated 10 minutes after our expected time. Our food arrived quickly and each course followed without large gaps in between. We were quite surprised at just how good everything was. This restaurant puts much more expensive establishments to shame. This was our first visit and we will certainly return.
