Chipotle Mexican Grill

Worst Chipotle I've been too. Won't be back again. When I first walked up the doors were locked. Had to go around the side which was annoying. I informed them of this. It apparently was intentional. Then I stand in line forever, was greeted with an attitude, and was given a way smaller portion size. Cleanliness was also an issue. The guy preparing the food just kept sweeping the out spilled food directly into whatever bin with his hands resulting in mixed ingredients. Also the food wasn't warm. I get to the register and they couldn't scan for my rewards, and their printer was conveniently broken so I couldn't get a receipt.

That's it. I'm finally finished with this Chipolte. There is ZERO customer service here. I can sometimes handle the slow service here but when they start giving you a half bowl of food that's when I'm done. Today my order was half what it's normal size. I visit this Chipotle 2-3 times a week. I've had problems with slow service here before but the food was always good. Today was a little different. After waiting in line for about 15 minutes I get to order my food. The first thing they ask you is, brown or white rice? I said brown rice and the lady said, oh we don't have any brown rice. How could you not have brown rice in a Mexican style restaurant at 12:25 PM in the afternoon? When checking out I ask the cashier why they could be out of brown rice at lunch. She said it was still cooking. Then, the other girl that was fixing my food stepped over and said: Sir, you could try going to another location. This was after my food was ready and I had already waited for 20 min. I told the girl

Pretty sick to my stomach! Ordered two veggies bowls just to find a bug stuck to the lettuce. I understand bugs can be in veggies, my concern is on how well they are cleaning and prepping their vegetables!!! Definitely won’t be ordering here again. On a brighter note, Customer service wasn’t bad and they did issue me a refund.
