First time trying this place out. We were very impressed! The food and sauces were excellent. One worker took the time to tell us about the place and answer our questions. Normally I have never have an issue here, but the ranch fries today were terrible. The cheese sauce was literally water. It even tasted like water. Fries were just soggy from it. Mentioned it to the staff and was told “that’s just the way our sauce is”. The sauce is never like that.
Food here fantastic, service is usually prompt and polite. However, the one issue with this place is the dirty lobby. I've been here several times, we always eat in and we always have to clean off a table. With how expensive the menu is here for burgers and fries, the lobby needs to be much cleaner. Posted a photo from today's visit, this was not the worst table.
