Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Rude counter person who got 2 out of 2 items incorrect. Didn't listen or even look at us as She took the order. Acted like we were inconveniencing her. Dirty tables and got attitude when ask to wipe one down for us. Kept stalling as to hope we would just sit down in the mess. No unsweet tea at about 615, still no tea when we left after 715pm. Food was not up to normal quality fries were soggy and lacked seasoning. I felt not respected this experience left me with a bad taste in my mouth

Back in July, we tried to order via the drive thru around 8:45pm on the way home one evening after a musical theatre rehearsal After I placed my order, the person told me that I couldn't place an order that big at the drive thru and that I would have to come in. This has never happened to me ever at any other Zaxbys, and we place the same order every time we go for my family of 6. I think the staff just didn't want to take our order b/c it was close to closing time. I took our business elsewhere and will not be visiting this Zaxbys location again.

Went in side to order food to go at 9 PM tonight and the manager was a complete jerk and quite unprofessional. She said she was not going to overwork her employees and that we had to get back into our car then go through the drive-thru to get food. My husband asked her what was the difference and the dining room is open until 10 PM. She just walked away. This is unacceptable!!! Back in the days we all worked in fast food we always had to serve anyone who walked in and especially if the sign was on. Customer service is no more in our country!! Wonder if we were discriminated against because we are white!! They had plenty of staff and flat out refused to take our order inside!!! I certainly do not treat any of my customers like that mo matter who they are!!!
