Came to this location on Thursday at almost midnight and ordered 2 orders of chicken nuggets and an order of onion rings which my total should have been around $10 at the max I just checked my bank statement and was charged $22.13 and it’s so crazy I normally keep all of my receipts and I can’t seem to find this one. Hey corporate this location is ripping off people!!
Went in their lobby and was told only drive through was available. I told them we were in the hotel right behind them and didn’t have a car for drive through. They said sorry about your luck. We will never patronize a cook out again.
If you are hungry, keep driving past this establishment! I wish I had read the reviews before stopping here. The many reviews reporting RUDE service summed up our experience. Our receipt says the cashier was Natalia. Management must be pretty desperate for employees as she poorly represented their company. In addition ... the ranch smelled and tasted rancid.
