Coabana, sister bar to Pigtails, is the latest addition to the downtown food and beverage scene, and I’m In love!! Featuring Cuban libations and traditional Cuban bites by chefs McKena and Mikey Fernandez, in a setting that makes you feel as though you have stepped into an intimate Cuban bar in Havana, I loved everything from the tostones to the empanadas! The best mojito in The Valley is probably here, crafted by Nick. We love the entire team from Lexie to Peter, and this is our new favorite downtown spot for our Fare Expedition to Cuba! • • •
