Yes that is gross brown chunk of old avocado in the guacamole, and it was takeout so I had drive all the way back then manager was unapologetic and dismissive. Bad food and worse service!

I was thrilled that a Chipotle was now in Zephyrhills. But, man was I disappointed in the food! Had two 'To Go' bowls from this location. First time, the chicken and beans were cold. The second time, the food was extremely salty and cold. This location is not quite ready compared to other Chipotle locations in Tampa. Staff needs more training, or hire folks who really want to be there! You can taste the 'lack of enthusiasm' in the food!

One of the most underperforming Chipotle locations I’ve ever been to. The staff is always standing around talking like they have nothing to do. They take their time to finish their conversation while you wait in line. One time we put in an order through the Chipotle app and when we picked up through the drive through, the gal opened the window and said “You have to pick up doordash orders inside”… she was closing the window for on us when we said “We’re not a doordash order!” She said “What’s the name?” And then handed us the bag without saying anything else. ????????‍♀️ The only reason this review has an extra star is for Autum. She transferred from USF Chipotle this summer and is the most competent person I’ve ever met in this industry. I tried calling a few times to compliment her to the manager - but there’s no local phone number to get a hold of this location at all. If Autum is still there - Chipotle better give her a raise. If not, somebody will surely offer her a better job opp
