Everytime I go it's because I want the chicken but they are always out of the chicken. I can understand this happening once maybe twice but it's been everytime the past 5 times over a 3 month period this has happened. Maybe they should do the ordering of food a little different or maybe use different person to do the ordering because this has cost them money by customers walking away to go buy their food elsewhere simply because it's not available
Ordered a classic roast beef sandwich. When I got home it was a roast beef 'burger'. They had ground left-over roast beef and were selling it as a classic sandwich. It was one of the worst sandwiches I have had there and will never go back! Buyers beware.
This place definitely did *not* have the meats today, as well as some other things. Imagine my surprise on a Saturday at lunch time, of all times, to find out that this location was out of the prime rib cheesesteaks and the wagyu steakhouse burgers, and then they didn’t even have receipt paper. And then, when I got home and was ready to enjoy my double beef ‘n’ cheddar, I discovered there was barely a quarter-sized dollop of cheddar on my sandwich. Very disappointed today, my friends.
