Chipotle Mexican Grill

You always forget my chips, wonder how many times you charged me $1.85 for absolutely nothing. Attention to detail is sorely missing from this place. At least you finally hired people that wrap a decent burrito.

The food is mediocre at best compared to other Chipotle stores. Secondly, every bag of chips I’ve gotten has been stale. So I asked the person at the register for some fresh chips. He had to go ask his manager, then he went to the back and got me a bag of slightly less stale chips, rather unpleasantly. I felt bad for the people Who had to wait in line behind me, who were going to get stale chips off the shelf…..I’ve never had this problem at any other stores. Get your act together Chipotle Wylie.

I have catered food from this location on NUMEROUS occasions since they have opened and have visited for meals often (yes, we love chipotle) throughout the experiences I have been faced with a extremely RUDE manager. She was very irritated with simple questions we had. In our catering experience we have ordered for 15 people and other times 30 people, we were given a extremely little amount of veggies for what we paid for and the amount of people it was absurd. (See the picture) when we questioned her about it in a very nice and sensitive tone we were once again faced with her irritability and spite-fullness. I am not pleased with being treated this way. 100% will NOT be visiting this location anymore, I have also already been in contact with their corporate office.
