Frankie's food is terrific, as always. It is best to go early if you don't want a wait. They have inside and outside seating; however, smokers can ruin the enjoyment of outside ambiance.

Standalone restaurant on the north side of downtown Wylie. Restaurant is a converted house with a patio in front. This restaurant is part of a small chain of Mexican restaurants that have been in the area for years. Parking is not really an issue but you may have to park a ways away since there is not a dedicated parking lot. This place is very popular and the wait times can get long at times. Service is very good. Menu has a wide selection. Drinks and food are very good. Recommend.

Was really looking forward to this place as I just recently moved to the area. I got the parillada for two for me and my wife to enjoy. Highly disappointed. When ordering was told 18 ounces of meat was what we would be receiving. Highly disappointed, when explaining that we did not receive the correct amount of meat the gentlemen on the phone simply told me that sounds about right after explaining I only received 3 shrimps, 4 pieces of beef, and 5 pieces of chicken. I'd understand if this was extremely large pieces. Unfortunately not the case.
