Visited this BBQ place with some coworkers for lunch and loved this place. The brisket moist and tender, and isn't super fatty/oily like a lot of other moist cuts. The ribs were also delicious. Definitely get the peach cobbler and be sure to ask for the caramelized bits of cobbler (that's the best part).
I went to Linke's for the first time this week. I got the sliced brisket, sausage, potato casserole, and the beans. The brisket melts in your mouth and is so tender. Everything had a good flavor. So good I had to go back a 2nd time today. This time I got the chopped beef sandwich and the peach cobbler. It was so good! I will definitely be back and will try the ribs next time!
Used this place for my son's wedding rehearsal dinner. Can't say enough how professional, prompt and fantastic their service was. Love the personal attention I received, made my stress totally go away. Now for the food quality, top notch! Everyone raved how good it was! I even had enough for guest to take home, which I loved! If I lived in the Wylie area, I would eat at Links every week! Bravo Linke's BBQ!
