Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is the chipotle I go to all the time and it usually hits but I found a dead bug in my burrito from my takeout order today. Took the tin foil off of my burrito to put it on a plate and out falls a dead fly / bug with it.

Went during my lunch break and was dreading it since it’s normally busy at that time. I just wanted to be in and out so I can get back to work. Walking in surprisingly it wasn’t busy at all. Melissa took my order fast and accurate. I’m picky so my order did have a couple of adjustments and I didn’t feel rushed with her. Her energy and friendliness was unmatched compare to other chipotles I’ve gone too. Thank you Melissa for your kindness and that extra perk I wasn’t expecting.

UPDATE: I have since had a better experience from this Chipotle, so I am upping my rating, but I do want to mention that I got a burrito today and it seems like all of the toppings were all grouped together in different parts of it - so pretty much when you bite into it, you are getting all meat/rice/guac at a time. Don't get me wrong, it was delicious, but I definitely had to manually mix it around and try to re-wrap it lol. So normally I wouldn’t hound Chipotle because they are normally on top of their stuff - and I will edit my review if this opinion changes, but every time I get the chips and guac for delivery for lunch, it’s always got huge chunks of avocado (not a huge con) and once I even found half a large pit chopped up in there, whatever I got over it, but this time we ordered through DD and they forgot one of our large guacamoles (we ordered 2) and the one I did receive was literally brown, not even just the top, like the whole thing meaning it’s just very old.
