Bad food bad service. Waited 20 mins in drive through like for two sundaes. Upon getting them they were melted. Nasty food. Do not come. They also have a problem with maggots on their kitchen. DO NOT COME
Joan Martinez hands down is the best employee they have yet he always make sure he takes care of the customers the right way very understanding, compassionate and always has a smile when I see him! I am a regular, and I make it my business to always go to this specific McDonald’s because of him!
Beware of this location during nighttime. The hours vary from day-to-day despite the 24 hour sign posted outside. I have placed mobile orders on many occasions only to arrive at a closed McDonald’s and end up cancelling my order. I stopped by tonight to pick up my food and was informed they were out of all sandwiches and meals for tonight, leading me to yet again cancel my order. Service is always very impersonal and employees are often unresponsive to “thank you” or other positive comments. The Taco Bell a couple minutes away provides much quicker, kinder service with reliable hours; go there for late-night snacks instead.
