Chipotle Mexican Grill

If this is what you call a quesadilla!!! There was nothing in it. Most of it was just the shell. Then when I tried to reach the store or anyone you CANT. All door dash did was credit me but that doesn’t teach the employees that they can’t make food like this and think people will come back. I never was able to get anyone from any store or any corporate store on the phone

I order online a STAKE burrito bowl, with extra things, and I receive “BURRITO BOWL STAKE”, it was only chunks of meet in a plate. I went to chipotle to make a claim, to make them do it right this time. They excuse themselves saying that in the order was saying only stake. But that’s nonsense, they know they screw it and they want to make themselves the VICTIM. I waste an hour coming back to them, do they know how expensive is for everyone to come back ?? With the gas prices going up I shouldn’t been wasting money coming back for something as simple as doing their jobs!! Just read the durn instructions!!!!

I usually like this location and order a lot. But I stopped a month ago (or two) cuz I got food poisoning. This month, I figured I should give them another chance. Unfortunately, the past few orders were terrible. Today, they did better job with my food which I was thrilled. But when I came in to pick up my order, female employee who prepared my food handed me the bag. I told her that I also had ordered a drink. She responded with “oh yeah” then went over to cashier’s area and grabbed small cup. I had to point out the label on my bag that I ordered large soda. I’m getting very tired of having orders that wasn’t prepared properly or wasn’t done properly. Yesterday, my order was just steak and rice in the burrito when I had ordered extra sour cream and corn salsa. Without these two, it was a terrible and super dry burrito. The order before that, my burrito was literally covered in sour cream (on the outside). It was messy. When eating, I realized there was no sour cream IN the burrito. W
