Café Zupas

I went to Zupas and I ordered a protein bowl and a few other salads and sandwiches. I felt like the customer service was lacking in manners and on top of not listening to what I was ordering. I am allergic to lettuce to I told them no lettuce in the protein bowl but to add extra meats and veggies. I feel like they made a meal for a toddler they were so skimpy with what they gave us . The salad was extremely small as well. For the price they charged they should be ashamed of themselves. They literally put 3 pieces of cucumber in the protein bowl , and a small amount of Avocado. I was charged the normal price for the bowl plus extra for extra veggies and meat. However their is no extra , there isn't any to begin with ! It's ridiculously skimpy.

Went in for my first time and tried the pick-two combo and got the Berries & Burrata Salad and the Southwest Potato Soup. The salad was beautiful and delicious! The burrata was creamy and the berries were very ripe. I highly recommend it. The soup was also great, but keep an eye out as some toppings cost extra. They didn't seem to have a separate line for online and in-store orders, so although the line was short we were help up by some other orders they needed to fulfill.

The food is always good. Unfortunately, this last trip, the service was a little unorganized. We were the only ones in line. 3 groups of two came in after us and were served. It wasn't because we had a complicated order. It seemed to be the same as the others. soup and a sandwich. We received our complete order after the other 3 couples. Maybe this was just a bad day for them. The soup and sandwich were delicious ????
