Chipotle Mexican Grill

I don't really like to leave negative reviews but today this location deserves that, and hopefully management would pay attention and fix it. I ordered online a burrito bowl, and paid extra to get guacamole. Only to find out when I got home there was No Guacamole in my bowl :( then I realized that no sour cream, no salsa, no pico de gallo. They just did a mediocre bowl and that is really disappointing for a busy mom who works full time, was fasting all morning to go to Dr's appt, has a fussy baby and no time to go back to Chipotle

If you order online, make sure to check your bowl when you pick up! They skimp on every item if you're not ordering directly in front of them. This is the saddest bowl I've ever ordered - $10+ for this?!

Third time I have ordered online and come to the store to find out it is not there and someone else has stolen my food. Although they made me another meal they said it is “not their store policy to make a replacement for a stolen meal” UMMM OK? Then don’t leave the food out for anyone to take ! Take any delivery service and say you didn’t receive your food and they would make sure to find out why and get you your meal but apparently once it’s packaged it’s up for grabs by anyone and it’s not up to chipotle to see who walks out the door with which meal.
