Blaze Pizza

I used to be a mod pizza lover and was brought here by a friend and feel in love. When visiting your locations I was helped by an amazing worker Samantha she made sure my pizza was made with extra love and signed me up for rewards so I am able to get the amazing benefits through blaze Thank you guys so very much

If you’re looking for a spot that lacks sense of urgency, unsanitary practices, lack of customer service, and a dirty dining room, this place is for you! Upon going through the line, I noticed that on the back prep table, there was an employee’s drink cup without a lid and straw. The assembly line had food particulate all over the place and wasn’t clean and tidy. If it was busy, that would be a different story. It was just my Wife and I and another family. The merchandiser where the cold drinks and desserts were had food crumbles under the cake stands, there were remnants of food and crumbles where the bottled drinks were. There was even a half of a cookie that was broken inside there as well. Upon further review, the floor in the kitchen was disgusting. It had soiled plastic gloves on and near the trash receptacle, there was a wooden peel behind the pizza crust maker, there was a staff member whose dreads were hanging over our pizza when they ALL should have been restrained by a hairn

The service ruins this place. Get some employees that care and maybe you’ll stay open. But we won’t be back to this location. Employees were standoffish and non helpful. Pizzas were made with minimal effort, and when finished just basically thrown on the shelf. No plates were offered, and one of our pizzas had hardly any cheese. Like some parts there was no cheese at all, and toppings were sparse. For a specialty pizza, it should have been well made. Very careless. Tables were dirty, and there was no one else there. Now we know why. Good luck blaze, but I don’t think we’ll see you again.
