I was really excited to eat here after trying another location recently. But to be honest, it wasn’t nearly as good. I came here at the time the online order said it would be ready (15-20 min). But when I got my food, it was luke warm at best. The kimchi rice was soggy/wet this time and there wasn’t that much of it. Overall it didn’t seem as fresh. The first time I had it was amazing. But this location seemed to pale in comparison and I left feeling disappointed. I wouldn’t have left a review but if I’m spending $15 on a meal, I’d at least hope it was hot.
I actually love their product generally and would normally score them higher. And I actually like the order kiosks. HOWEVER, there’s no option to purchase extra protein nor to comment any preference such as kimchi on side or light sauce ( my preferences). I also found the guy behind the corner to either be in a bad mood or rude. Not sure which.
Food was great! Service was nice and quick! Its a build your own bowl type experience, ended up getting white rice + bulgolgi + toppings! Worth a try if you are in the area!
