Chipotle Mexican Grill

Will gladly go to Fresh Kitchen down the street for the same price. Chicken is consistently burnt, the rice feels and tastes like it’s reused from the night before. The staff is usually less than polite, though I empathize because it is probably not their fault. I’ve found hair in my food 3 times, I’ve seen staff eat while they’re cooking, and I’ve seen a lack of food safety in general. I rarely write reviews, I am just sad to see this location go from an incredible place to somewhere I’ll probably never get food from again. Once again- not the general employees’ fault- this falls on the higher ups.

Understaffed but the food was very good and the workers were friendly and were hustling. The staff obviously needs more support to be set up for success. There was no guac ???? available for my veggie burrito but all the cheese, sour cream and salsas made up for it. Very delicious. Date of visit : August 18, 2022.

The food was good like always, but the place is just a mess. There is food bits and trash everywhere, and the trash bins themselves were beyond overflowing. Both of them. Someone had left a mini Heineken beer bottle on the table since before we arrived to sit down and eat, and it was still there when we left. We really like chipotle, so it would be nice if they took better care of the place.
