Steak 'n Shake

Horrible customer service, incorrect order and poor order presentation. I would seriously advise the district manager to pay close attention to this location. What seemed to be the manager on duty was very rude and prudent. He was unorganized and obviously desperate or tense with the work day and it’s tasks or perhaps his coworkers? He was unaware of the Steak ‘n Shake point system and openly expressed his frustration with his own confusion. They were seemingly backed up in ordered and had many orders sitting as the customers whom had ordered them had left. I am very excited and happy about the recent renovations and retrofitted experience of Steak ‘n Shakes, I only have great things to say, but this location is an exception. Will not return to this location.

To me one of the best tasting burgers with a great value and good presentation. 2 Double Steak Burgers no chesse $7.00, you cannot beat that. The only thing is that the wait is a bit long but the burgers were great.

It’s not the same place since they changed over to a diner but it’s really good no matter what and I thoroughly enjoyed actually going. I miss a lot of the waitresses, and I miss the fact that they no longer serve breakfast, which was believe it or not one of my most favorite things about this location and the Steak ‘n Shake brand. And they always had really good sweet tea and extremely large cups that you could take to go, which made a real difference. Gonna miss the original steak and shakes but the food is still consistent. It’s still good and it’s still very inexpensive.
