We show up at 8pm not realizing they close at 8. Demetri was exceptional and so was the rest of the staff. We had never eaten at this chain before. He slowly explained how they offer the food, bowl options. How it’s cooked, explained their exceptional falafel, shawarma, etc. The rest of the staff cleaned and prepared for closing but no was rude, everyone was polite. I recognize this staff wanted to go home. Thank you for taking time to share, explain and serve us tasty food. He even came over talked to us asked if we were visiting from out of town and offered where other locations for us to enjoy Naf Naf Grill. For a healthy fast food option this was fabulous. I hope the owners appreciate this guy and his level of professionalism and enthusiasm and energy. This staff was on top of their game. The place was clean and stocked and looked as good as a place should for opening. Wonderfully surprising for 8 pm! The food was super tasty, portions great, we should have saved some for leftover
