Chipotle Mexican Grill

Food preparation is not a high priority. Found pieces of beef in my Sofrito’s bowl. This is very unsettling for someone who does not eat meat.

I stopped In this chipotle the evening of 7/27 before seeing a movie. The entire restaurant was filthy. Every table was dirty, chairs were dirty, and the floors had food everywhere. The drink/napkin/utensil station was a complete wreck and the drink machine was out of several drinks. Ordering food was a disaster. Employees were standing around playing on their cell phones and food looked like it had been sitting for hours. Nothing looked fresh and several meats were empty and not being refilled. Very young employees just hanging out with their friends. The second I stood up from my table to refill my drink, five teenagers stole my table, nearly stole my food and purse. It was insane. I will never go back to this chipotle, and if I could leave zero stars then I would. Where is the manager????

We ate at this location today, 7/30/2023. The staff were not very friendly and look tired. There was not one clean table to eat, we have to clean our own table. The floors so filthy with food droppings everywhere. There was somebody sleeping on one of the tables. The soda machine is out of order. Who is overseeing this location on 13th and Walnut, Kansas City, MO? I will remember not to dine or visit this location, so disgusting.
