801 Chophouse

This restaurant was very upscale. I gave it 4/5 stars because I don't think the value for the price was there. We went to 801 chop house because we had a 300$ gift card and ended up spending about 475 dollars total between me and my date. My server's name was Cord and I dont think I've ever gotten better service. We had a great time at 801 chop house, but until I'm making that 200K+ a year, I don't think I'll be going back. Sorry that I didn't upload a picture of my $90 24OZ dry aged steak and $16 side of scalloped potatoes, but by that time, I was engrossed in the environment and experience that the restaurant offered ????

Great meal. Great service. Prime Rib was amazing. Ask for the fresh/prepared horseradish. The horseradish sauce is bland. The loaded baked potato was also a bit undercooked but the Prime Rib covered for any misses. It was that good. My server at the bar was professional, courteous and attentive. That adds value in my opinion.

While this restaurant wasn't quite my thing, I'd definitely recommend it to any meat lovers out there! However, if you're not a fan of meat, this might not be the place for you. Unfortunately, there weren't many non-red meat options available, so if you're looking for a spot to accommodate various dietary restrictions, this might not be the best choice. That being said, our waitress was incredibly friendly and helpful, even though we opted for non-read meat dishes. It was clear that he was passionate about the restaurant's red meat offerings, but he still made sure we had a great experience.
