Chipotle Mexican Grill

I usually have a good experience here but the past few times the last 4 to be exact he been horrible customer service!, but TODAY was it for me! I ordered my usual bowl with white rice! Well as I was placing my order I see the rice is at the bottom of pan to the point you can see the bottom and she is SCRAPING the rice y you o get a spoon full! I asked for new rice because we all know rice that is at the bottom is HARD! The girl walked and out comes the manger l, so I repeated what I told the young lady regarding the rice she gives me a condescending smirk/look and say ok… took at least 5 mins to get the rice, ok fine…She then takes the hard rice from the old pot and put it on top of the new rice!!!!!!! That was just a slap in the face! Needless to say I won’t be back!

The entire staff is very rude! Quick question, have you ever heard of cross contamination? change your gloves if you going to be wiping your nose???? sanitation department come look at this!
