Chick-fil-A

Really disappointed in this Chick-fil-A. I enjoy my coffee just plain with vanilla syrup and they can’t even get that right. Sometimes I get missing items in my order and it’s a pain to drive back as it’s a 15min drive. Do yourself a favor and go to a different Chick-fil-A.

I was recently at the chick-Fil-A on Wallisville. I want to say out of all the times I’ve gone through the drive thru my food always been correct. This time they messed up my order and on top of all….. The Little girl that was taking my order was rude and looked sick and was coughing while taking my order. As I pulled up to get my order. I asked to talk to the manager about the situation and the male manager was very blunt said yeah I’m the manager….. ( that’s a nice way to introduce yourself) after explaining what happen in the drive thru. Manager said Okay and keep moving on … didn’t ask me who the teammate is and to take care of the situation… just said “okay “ so I hope they take physical health serious ….. wow what’s the core values of this chain ?? Good service I think not…….. won’t be coming this establishment anymore and if corporate reads please contact me thank you…..

I wanted a Southwest Veggie wrap and emphasized that to the person taking my order but he kept pointing to the cool wrap. I did not want a wrap with meat. He kept assured me I was getting what I requested and NO I did not. I checked after I pulled out the very busy long drive-thru and was super disappointed. The line is too long to get it corrected and now I'm stuck with something I won't even freaking eat.
