Buffalo Wild Wings

Rotten food, hard as rock fries & completely wrong order. Very dirty. Definitely east side customer service. Went twice to get order and they still gave me the wrong order, even after speaking with managers. Showed them videos and pictures. Would never take anyone back there. The quality of food could have killed someone. This place needs a health department visit ASAP

Absolutely horrible customer service, the host walked off for 20 minutes and decided to ignore the customers and not even give any kid of update, she literally went to hide behind in the kitchen instead of letting the whole lobby ,which got full , know what was going on. The shift manager came over and didn't even know her hostess was hiding, she went and found her, then after an hour and a half of waiting , I asked for a refund after a response was made that they were out of boneless wings and had no idea when they'd have more , regardless of how busy it was , if ANY employee could have let all the waiting customers know anything at all, there would have been less confusion and frustration in the crowd, would never want to return to this establishment, the food is okay, the only reason I can think of why someone would go here would be for a sports get together.

I’ve always order from here and my order is ALWAYS WRONG. It’s very disappointing that one of your favorite places to go eat always get your order wrong, and there’s so many times when I just decided to leave like that and don’t say anything, but today I got tired. I was missing my fries and ranch from my delivery order. You guys really need people that care about customers and make sure the orders are right. It’s part of your jobs, I’ve work in the food industry before and I know it get frustrating sometimes, but getting my orders wrong more than 10x is way to much!!
