Chipotle Mexican Grill

So apparently when you visit them after 8:00 pm you take your chances on what they have left even though they are open until 10:15 for take out. They do, however, have unlimited bad attitude from the “manager” Salem who did not listen to any of my questions and proceeded to make a bowl when they didn’t have the ingredients for a vegetarian bowl. He kept telling me that after 8:00 the vegetables are gone and they don’t make anymore. That’s all good and fine but I could’ve saved him from dumping that bowl of rice and beans in the trash if he would’ve just told me what they had left and asked what I wanted. Instead he chose to try to talk over me and say that because those items are not an extra charge, it doesn’t matter. The only extra charge is for guacamole. Is this the standard you have for customer service Chipotle? Am I Oliver Twist? I see why your reviews are so poor. I took my money over to Blue Agave and I will instruct others to do the same. At least the local businesses actuall

I ordered online to pick up at Chipotle this evening. When I got there, my order had been given away! I had to wait for them to make my entire order over! Then the manager offered two sweet teas while we waited, they were very UNSWEETENED! Then when the order was finally made, it had soft shell tacos when I had ordered crunchy! I took the order back inside for the manager to tell me that they were out of crunchy shells! My husband does not eat soft taco shells! I should have been told about the lack of crunch taco shells, because that’s what I ordered! The manager said that she could not issue a refund for this item and that I had to do it online. This DOUGLASVILLE location is going down fast! I was so excited for this restaurant to finally come to Douglasville, but now I can’t patronize this location because of the poor service and lack of care for the customers.

The young man making my bowl today was a delight! Unfortunately, they were out of the garlic steak so I opted for regular. But, when my bowl was being made, I could tell the rice was still very grainy. When I got home to taste, it was definitely not cooked:( Meat portions were a little on the ‘not so much’ side. Decided to visit there even though I saw the reviews. I’ll wait some time before or if I go back.
