O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

Y'all are disrespecting cows! The steak was TERRIBLE!!!! The steak was not aged at all (tasted like roast beef), not seasoned, and apparently cooked in an oven so there was no sear at all on it. It was sad, and gross! The chicken tenders were good though. The bathroom smelled so strong with cleaner I couldn't even use it. I mean it's good it's clean, but what's the point if no one can breathe in there? Steak pictured is also supposed to be cooked medium. The service was great though.

Had a nice meal at the bar on a Wednesday nite. Pam promptly offered me drinks and rolls. Good selection of drafts and chose a 420. Had the combo ribs and chix tenders meal with broccoli and asparagus. Veggies were great, tenders and sauce were yum as one would expect of a signature item. Ribs were good but I thought they were over cooked. I fairness I’m a bbq judge lol. Was a good meal overall and Pam was a great server!!

The restaurant was quiet; the waitress/ bartender has an excellent personality. I asked for a drink with light ice in a to-go cup. However, I received a cup full of ice in a regular cup. My food finally came in a chipped dish. Yeah, that's it. Gots to be more careful. I didn't make a fuss; I paid my bill, then made my departure. Update 6/6. The manager at O’Charleys contacted me and apologized for the recent visit mishap. Thank you, Ray White, for the kind words. It means a lot when someone of your status takes a stand and makes things right. And for that I added two More ????????. You acknowledge there is a problem, and you are taking all the steps to correct the issue at hand. Kudos to you Ray
